I decided to go for an easy run today so I did another 4 miles with the heart rate monitor, again, trying to keep my heart rate in Zone 2. This felt like a very easy, conversational pace for me, which is exactly what I was aiming for.

I've got 16 miles tomorrow (12 with Leanna, 4 on my own), so hopefully that won't feel too bad.
