I made a little modification to my run yesterday since I'm racing this weekend. The schedule called for a hard tempo run (6m @ 5:59), but I'd prefer going into the race Saturday with fresh legs, so I ran 5m @ ~6:35 and then finished w/ 3m @ ~6:17. This way, I got a little tempo work in after running 5 solid miles. I guess this was a workout to somewhat test my "kick", while keeping my legs fresh for the race. I'm taking off today and tomorrow, then 13.1 Saturday.
As of now, Nathan is still planning on running. I only update you because apparently he doesn't feel the need to. Taxi's running has slowed a little due to weather issues in Chicago. We're hoping his wife will get him a Garmin for Christmas.
