I was still feeling a little tired yesterday, so I did an easy 9m @ 7:07 (heart rate was 79% max). As I've mentioned before, due to the shortage of running routes in Madison, I had to do the Ridgeland Trail again. The top of my left foot is a little tender. I'm not sure what the cause is, but it's annoying. It doesn't hurt bad enough to make me stop my run, but it just nags throughout the run.

I'm taking today off. Hopefully that will help the top of my foot. I'm thinking a few mile repeats tomorrow and then maybe a few miles of tempo to mix things up.
