I find myself coming down with some cold like symptoms; sore throat, runny nose, cough. So I took another day off from running. I haven't hit full blown sick yet, but I'm hoping rest and fluids will keep my condition from getting any worse.
If I feel the slightest bit better tomorrow I will go get 5 miles or so. I'll probably take the run indoors and avoid the elements.
