Here is a link to a marathon recovery program by Hal Higdon. I plan on taking it easy this week and then resuming training for the Mardi Gras Full Marathon. I asked my boss about the course and he said it was perfectly flat, so hopefully I can train well for a few weeks and run a PR if the weather is right.
